Before Driver is Assigned: Full refund.
After Driver is Assigned but Before Pickup: Partial refund (cancellation fee may apply).
After Pickup: No refund, as the service has been initiated.
B. Driver Cancellations or No-Show
If a driver cancels a ride or does not show up within the expected time, a full refund will be issued.
C. Service Issues
If a ride is disrupted due to technical errors or an issue from our side, a full or partial refund may be provided after investigation.
D. Payment Disputes
Users may request a refund if they believe they were overcharged or incorrectly charged. Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of the trip.
2. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
The trip was completed as booked.

3. Refund Processing

Drivers must hold a valid driver’s license, necessary permits, and a registered vehicle that complies with local transportation regulations.

3. Service Usage and Responsibilities

3.1 Passenger Obligations

Passengers must enter correct pickup and drop-off details when booking a ride.
Passengers shall conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
Any misconduct, including abuse, harassment, or non-payment, may result in account suspension or termination.

3.2 Driver Obligations

Drivers must ensure their vehicles meet safety and operational standards.
Drivers are responsible for complying with all traffic and transportation laws.

4. Fares, Payments, and Cancellations

4.1 Fare Calculation and Payment

Fare prices are determined based on distance, time, and real-time demand.
Users must pay for services through the approved digital payment methods.
Any additional charges, such as waiting fees or tolls, will be reflected in the final fare.

4.2 Cancellations and Refunds

Passenger-Initiated Cancellations:
- Before Driver is Assigned: Full refund.

Driver-Initiated Cancellations:
- If a driver cancels a ride, the passenger will receive a full refund.

Driver Assignment & Confirmation
- The system assigns a driver based on proximity and availability.
- The user receives driver details, vehicle information, and estimated arrival time.

2. Checkout & Payment Flow

A. Prepaid (Before Ride) Payment Flow (Recommended for Online Payments)

Fare Calculation
- The total ride fare is calculated based on distance, time, and demand-based pricing.
